In the city of Carcarañá, a beautiful act of unity and evangelism recently unfolded. Several local churches had come together with one simple idea: to cook and serve locro, a traditional Argentine stew.
As individuals came to receive their food, they were also offered prayer and the opportunity to hear the Gospel. During the course of the event, more than 100 people made a decision to follow Christ.
This outreach was initiated by a group of pastors who had participated in a Lifestyle of Evangelism training led by a GO Movement National Coordinator two months prior. The pastors decided to implement what they had learned in a way that was contextual and culturally appropriate for their community.
This testimony is a powerful reminder: evangelism doesn’t always begin with a stage or a microphone. Sometimes, it starts with a warm meal and a heart willing to serve. Small steps of obedience and love can open doors for life-changing encounters with Jesus.
