Many people are currently finding their way to the Christian faith. But there is a lack of trained pastors. This was expressed in recent days at an important pastoral training in Kenya. Pastors of various denominations said that one of the biggest problems in Christian churches right now is the lack of trained pastors to produce disciples. This situation is due to the fact that so many people are coming to Christ and new churches are emerging, but there is a lack of pastors to guide people as they grow in Christ. That’s a big challenge!
